Briefing Sessions & War Game Scenario
Day 3 Thursday 23 & Day 4 Friday 24 July 2026

Day 3 – Thursday 23 July will be dedicated to Classified and Unclassified Briefing sessions, providing a platform for various voices to present insights and research, and practical engagement focused on allied nations actively collaborating to build our information ecosystem. Attendance for these sessions is optional,

  • The Unclassified Briefing Sessions will all be held at Lot Fourteen.

  • The Classified Briefings are open to Five Eyes Nations only, due to Defence requitements and will be held at a suitable facility. Details will be provided to those who are confirmed to attend the session closer to the Summit date.

For International Delegates with clearances: If planning to attend the classified briefing, please contact your National Agency and put in a visit request. Your agency will then forward your vetted details to our Australian National Agency and then be vetted to ensure you meet the requirements to attend the classified facility and briefings. If needing further assistance, please contact events@ipia.au.

Please note that for international delegates, the sooner you register attendance with your National Agency and purchase a ticket, the sooner the vetting can occur. The deadline to register to attend the classified briefing will be the 1st of July 2026.

For Australian Delegates with clearances: Australian delegates wishing to attend the classified briefing day must complete their date of birth and CSID number if known. The deadline for registering for the classified briefing for Australian delegates will be Friday 10th July 2026.

If something changes and you are no longer able to attend, please email events@ipia.au.

Delegates who have not been vetted and formally approved to attend the classified briefing will be denied entry.

Day 4 – Friday 24 July is specifically dedicated to a hands-on war gaming scenario facilitated and designed by the United States Irregular Warfare Center (U.S). The war game will be focused on operations in the information environment (OIE) in the Indo-Pacific region and is open to registered delegates with any experience level in both the information environment and related fields.

The war game scenario has limited seats so please register your interest early if wanting to attend. The Summit Planning Committee will consider a second scenario if enough interest is illustrated to ensure delegates don't miss out.

The war gaming scenario will be held at Adelaide University North Terrace Campus

Days 3 and 4 bring together stakeholders from across the information power spectrum to collaborate on the development of practical and tangible solutions to accelerate information power capability.

If interested in attending the Thursday briefing sessions and or the Friday War Game, please ensure you register your interest when purchasing your event ticket. This will confirm your confirmation and ensure numbers are monitored, as spaces are limited.
