About the event
Building on the Global Information Conference in 2024, the Global Information Summit Australia 2026 will be a landmark four-day event designed to build the information ecosystem, fuse capabilities across sectors, and advance the information profession in an increasingly complex and interconnected environment.
This Summit recognises that information is no longer the concern of any single domain. Defence, energy, critical infrastructure, FinTech, industry, government and academia now face shared challenges: cyber threats with physical consequences, regulatory and privacy obligations, operational resilience, and the safe integration of digital systems into real-world operations.
Hosted by the Information Power Institute Australia, the Association of Old Crows - Australian & New Zealand Chapter, and the Information Professionals Association. This four-day Summit will bring together leaders, practitioners and operators from energy, industry, government, defence, critical infrastructure, space, and academia to create a coherent and resilient network capable of addressing modern information risk and opportunity.

This ticket includes admittance to the Global Information Summit Australia 2026. The welcome event on Tuesday evening and networking drinks on Wednesday evening are also included in the ticket price. For delegate cancellations 14 days prior to the event, there will be no refunds provided for non-attendance or any other delegate matter. Transfer of tickets will be permitted and an email to events@ipia.au is required.

Join us for our welcome drinks and canapes at the National Wine Centre in Adelaide at 6:30pm on Tuesday 21st July 2026 to meet and mingle with fellow Global Information Summit Australia delegates. This ticket provides access to the Networking Welcome drinks on Tuesday 21st July 2026 only. If you have purchased the full ticket your networking events are included in your ticket. Guests will be required to bring a Drivers Licence or passport for ID verification upon admittance to the event.

Join us on Wednesday 22nd July at the iconic Adelaide Oval at 5pm to mingle for drinks and canapes whilst interacting with Global Information Summit Delegates and Exhibitors. This ticket does not provide access to the conference, and if you have already purchased a conference ticket, your admittance is included in that ticket option. Please note that you will need to bring ID as well as the ticket to gain entry. We look forward to you joining us at Adelaide Oval.
